ISHPEMING, MI— The traffic configuration at the US-41/Lakeshore Drive roundabout in Ishpeming is set to change Monday.
Traffic will be shifted to one lane in each direction, with eastbound traffic on the south side of the roundabout and westbound traffic on the north side. No turns will be allowed at North or South Lakeshore Drive, and detours will remain in place. This stage is expected to last until the end of the month.
The Michigan Department of Transportation says motorists should slow down and drive with caution in the work zone and expect delays during this traffic shift.
