PARADISE, MI— The Michigan Department of Transportation is holding a public meeting to discuss a road project planned for 2026 in Whitefish Township.
MDOT will rebuild M-123 from O’Briens Creek to Whitefish Point Road in Paradise. The $3 million project includes asphalt replacement and a new storm sewer, along with a shared-use path, sidewalk, decorative concrete pavement, and lighting.
Residents, business owners, and community stakeholders are invited to a June 23 meeting to talk about the project. It will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Whitefish Township Community Center in Paradise.
