LUCE COUNTY, MI— A road resurfacing project in Luce County is due to start on July 7.
The Michigan Department of Transportation is resurfacing about 7 miles of M-28 from east of M-123 to Borgstrom Road. Work includes surface sealing, crack filling, corrugations, fog seal, aggregate shoulders and pavement markings.
Drivers should expect intermittent daytime lane closures on M-28 via traffic regulators. One lane of alternating traffic will be open at all times.
The project is expected to be completed by the end of August.
