EAGLE RIVER, MI— Work to repair the M-26 bridge over Eagle River in Keweenaw County is set to start next week.
The Michigan Department of Transportation is investing about $350,000 to remove the asphalt surface and place new waterproofing, a new asphalt surface, and associated items. Drivers should expect one lane of alternating traffic with temporary traffic signals.
The project is slated to start on Monday. MDOT says it should be finished by August 8.
