Dispose of old meds at local law enforcement agencies Saturday

MARQUETTE, MI— Michigan residents can get rid of old medications during Prescription Drug Take Back Day on Saturday.

Those who want to dispose of unneeded tablets, capsules, patches and other solid forms of prescription drugs can drop them off at Michigan State Police posts and other law enforcement agencies. Liquids, syringes and other sharps, inhalers and illicit drugs will not be accepted.

Takeback times are 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
