Gabriella Cartagena found, police say

MARINETTE, WI— Marinette Police say a missing woman has been found.

Gabriella Cartagena, 24, was reported missing on February 5. She was last seen in the Red Arrow Park area of the city.

A person of interest in the case, Robert Chilcote, 29, is lodged in the Wright County, Minnesota Jail following a high-speed chase with police. Cartagena’s family says Gabriella was last seen with Chilcote when they went to a grocery store. Their last communication with her was a phone call where they heard her say, “Please don’t shoot me. I’m sorry.”

The Marinette Police Department says it will release further details about the case as soon as possible.
