MARQUETTE, MI— Marquette County Search and Rescue found a lost hiker on Hogback Mountain Sunday night.
The team was called to the Hogback Recreation Area around 8:55 p.m. A 26-year-old Marquette woman became disoriented while running and couldn’t find her way back to the parking lot.
It took several tries before Search and Rescue could establish her location from 911 emergency calls. They hiked to her location and guided her back to the parking lot.
No injuries were reported.
