The first novel in a popular series from author Rick Riordan is now a musical, and Superior Arts Youth Theater are ready to take you on the adventure.

The Lightning Thief is a musical based on the first of many beloved Percy Jackson books, with music and lyrics by Rob Rokicki and book by Joe Tracz. The story of The Percy Jackson Musical is the same as the first book, following the demigod Percy Jackson as he quests to find a missing lightning bolt and stop a war between Greek Gods. Percy, along with friends Grover, Annabeth, and others, venture to the Underworld to try to prevent catastrophe.

Superior Arts Youth Theater features 78 local youths in performances running Thursday, March 7th through Sunday, March 10th at the Forest Roberts Theatre.
