Steve Asplund selected to the MAB Hall of Fame

Undated - Steve Asplund is part of the Michigan Association of Broadcasters 2023 Hall of Fame. The retired WLUC-TV news director and anchor is a Brookfield, Wisconsin native. He started working at TV-6 on June-18^th, 1979. Asplund wore many hats, including videographer, assignment editor, producer, news writer, sports and weather anchor, assistant news director, and news director.

He’ll join 2-other Hall of Fame inductees at the Michigan Association of Broadcasters Summer Leadership Conference on August-9th at the Shinola Hotel in Detroit.
