MARQUETTE, MI-- The Marquette Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring a forum for Marquette City Commission and Board of Light and Power candidates.
The forum takes place Thursday night at 6 p.m. at City Commission chambers. The public is invited to attend. It will also be broadcast on the city’s channel and will be available Friday on YouTube.
Running for two spots on the City Commission are Sara Cambensy, Meredith Lyons, Mike Plourde, and Jason Zdunek.
Two seats on the BLP are also available. Candidates running for the spots include John Braamse, Jerry Irby, David A. Puskala, and Kenneth C. Wanberg.
