Warren says she isn't giving up

Twitter

DETROIT, MI (MPRN)--   Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren is vowing to remain in the Democratic presidential race despite a lackluster showing on Super Tuesday.

Warren spent Super Tuesday evening in Michigan, one of a half-dozen states holding a primary or caucus next week.

She barely mentioned Super Tuesday at her rally in Detroit. Instead she told the crowd what she calls the threat to women, people of color and the global climate posed by Donald Trump, is too great to ignore.

“When there is this much danger do you decide to kind of get a little timid, back up, crouch down a little? Or do you decide to fight back? Me…I’m in this ‘cause I’m fighting back!”

It won’t get any easier for Warren in Michigan. Bernie Sanders routinely draws thousands to his events here, and Joe Biden helped Detroit as it exited bankruptcy in 2014.
