LAC LA BELLE, MI— USA Today’s 10Best Reader’s Choice Awards are recognizing Mount Bohemia the #1 ski resort in North America.
Averaging more than 270 inches of annual snowfall and featuring the Midwest’s highest vertical drop at 900 feet, Mount Bohemia offers 585 acres of glades, chutes, and tree-lined runs that are among the longest in the Midwest.
The Keweenaw resort beat out other, internationally known sites like Banff Sunshine Village, Palisades Tahoe, and Vail.
Nominees were submitted by a panel of experts, then USA Today readers selected their favorites.
