MARQUETTE, MI-- The list of tickets winners for the October 4th NHL game between the Buffalo Sabres and Carolina Hurricanes at Marquette’s Lakeview Arena has been released.
Residents signed up for a raffle and names for both the game and the morning’s practice skate were picked Sunday.
The list can be found on Facebook at Facebook.com/LakeviewArena and in the Wednesday edition of the Mining Journal.
The City of Marquette won this year’s Kraft Hockeyville USA contest. That means $150,000 in upgrades to Lakeview Arena and the opportunity to host next week’s NHL preseason game.
