Suicide Bowl ski jumping takes off January 17, 2025

ISHPEMING, MI— Plans are ramping up for the 138th Annual Ishpeming Ski Jumping Tournament next month.

The longest-running consecutive ski jumping tournament in the U.S. takes place January 17th-19th at the U.P. Nordic Ski Complex.

The weekend kicks off Friday with the USA Nordic U.S. Cup event on Suicide Hill. Saturday features the Paul Bietila Memorial Ski Jumping Tournament. Sunday will focus on the younger skiers with the Central Division Junior Ski Jumping Tournament.

The weekend also includes tailgating, bonfires, and food trucks.

Parking passes and shuttle service to the hill will be available.
