When you travel to a non English-speaking country, you either have to bring along a English to _______ dictionary or quickly learn at least some conversational level of the country's language. When you travel with us in May 2016 to Portugal, you won't have to know any Portuguese, at all! The good people from Collette Tours are experienced at working with people in the destination countries so there will always be English-speaking people to interact with when you enjoy the sites of Portugal. On the other hand, you have nearly eight months to learn some Portuguese. I know I'm giving it a try. Don't forget to stop in Wednesday (Sept 30) night at 7 in the Peter White Public Library Community Room for all the details as presented by representatives from Collette Tours and Holiday Travel vacations. I'm bringing traditional Portuguese cookies I am baking, myself. That should be enough incentive to stop by!
