Gwinn, MI – A Circuit Court arraignment has been set for a Gwinn woman accused of stealing a credit card. Heather Marie Crum, 20, was arrested and charged with two counts of Financial Transaction Device--Stealing/Retaining Without Consent. The charge is a felony punishable by up to four years in prison and a $5,000 fine. The hearing is scheduled for this Thursday, March 24 in 25th Circuit Court.
