Marquette, MI – An Ishpeming man has been arrested for embezzlement from the Marquette Golf and Country Club. Roger Comment, 46, was arrested as the result of an investigation into the improper use of a credit card and checks. He had been employed as the clubhouse food and beverage manager. Comment has been charged with one count of embezzling more than $1,000, but less than $20,000. He was released on 10 percent of $25,000 bond and ordered to appear in 90th District Court. The charge is a felony punishable by up to five years and a $10,000 fine.
