Gwinn, MI – A Gwinn woman accused of stealing a credit card will plead not guilty' in circuit court. Heather Marie Crum, 20, is charged with 2 counts of Financial Transaction Device--Stealing/Retaining Without Consent. The charge is a felony punishable by up to four years in prison and a $5,000 dollar fine. A scheduling conference is set for April 8 in 25th Circuit Court.
