Marquette, MI – A sentencing date has been set for a Gwinn woman accused of stealing a credit card. Heather Marie Crum, 20, is charged with one count of financial transaction device--retaining without consent. The charge is a felony punishable by up to four years in prison and a $5,000 fine.
A hearing is set for May 12 in 25th Circuit Court.
