Marquette, MI – A Gwinn woman accused of using a stolen credit card will not serve jail time. Heather Marie Crum, 20, was charged with Financial Transaction Device Stealing/Retaining Without Consent. She allegedly took the card from a co-worker at Marquette General Hospital. At her sentencing last week, Crum received a delay of sentence and a $320 fine.
