Lansing, MI – Congressman Bart Stupak has received the top honor from the Canadian American Border Trade Alliance. Stupak is the co-chair of the Congressional Northern Border Caucus, a group of 55 House members who serve to ensure the safety of the border. Stupak says about 300,000 trips across the Canadian American border occur each day, and that the $1.4 billion daily trade between the 2 countries makes up the world's largest bilateral trading partnership. He received the award for his leadership skills and the difference they have made.
