WPS seeks to refund $15.6 million

Green Bay, WI – Natural gas prices are dropping, and the Wisconsin Public Service Corporation wants state regulators to approve a refund that will amount to $15.6 million. That's about $11 or the average electric consumer. The Green Bay-based utility serves 442,000 electric and 289,000 natural gas customers in Northeastern and Central Wisconsin and parts of the Upper Peninsula.
