Associated Press – In Wisconsin news... An elections official is predicting a high voter turnout. A state elections representative is predicting voter turnout could top 50% tomorrow. The elections board is expecting about two million voters to cast ballots. That is about 220,000 more than the last gubernatorial election. Presidential elections attract more voters than the midterm election. For example, in 2004, 72%, or three million voters, went to the polls.
