Marquette, MI – Marquette General Hospital has been recognized as one of the nation's 100 top hospitals for cardiovascular care. The annual Solucient Award is based on criteria related to clinical processes and outcomes, volume and efficiency. It also takes into account costs associated with four treatment areas, including heart attack, congestive heart failure, heart bypass surgery, and angioplasty. MGH has previously been named one of the top 100 hospitals in the country for stroke and orthopedics.
