Marquette, MI – Two people accused of stealing a credit card from a Marquette resident have been bound over to circuit court. Jaclyn Dagenais, 26, of Marquette and Adrian Gervais, 30, of downstate Perry were arrested earlier this month for taking the man's card when they stopped to visit him. Dagenais and Gervais then either used or tried to use the card at several area businesses. Both are charged with Stealing/Retaining a Financial Transaction Device without Consent and Illegal Sale or Use of a Financial Transaction Device. An arraignment date has not yet been scheduled.
