Marquette, MI – A downstate man accused of stealing a credit card and using it around Marquette has been bound over to Circuit Court. Adrian Gervais, 30, of Perry is charged with Stealing-Retaining a Financial Transaction Device without Consent and Illegal Sale or Use of a Financial Transaction Device. Both are felonies, punishable by up to four years in prison and a $5,000 fine. Arraignment is set for Thursday in 25th Circuit Court.
