UNDATED – Wisconsin residents may be able to try it, before they buy it.' A plan cleared the State Assembly and the Senate yesterday which would allow consumers to taste up to 6-ounces of a beer before purchasing it. Customers would be able to test the brew until 7 pm at night at any liquor store. GOP sponsor Scott Newcomer says the law is a good bill for small brewers to get their product tested. He says there is a similar law already on the books dealing with wine testing.
