Marquette, MI – Northern Michigan University has recently purchased space and scheduling software. The purpose of this software is to look at how NMU uses campus space. The new software makes it easier to provide data for the school. Director of Support and Consulting, Felecia Flack, says there are certain steps that have been taken to using the software. The university has established a space utilization committee which makes recommendations to the Vice President on how best to use campus space.
Flack adds that this is a great project which gives real data that can ultimately help the university make important decisions regarding space.
