UNDATED – The Michigan Department of Treasury is now processing Michigan home heating credits for the 2008 tax year. The credit assists low income customers with winter energy bills. Instruction booklets and forms have been mailed to those who received a home heating credit last year. Forms are available at many libraries and post offices.
