UNDATED – State Representative Gary McDowell will hold several town meetings to allow residents to discuss Michigan's economy. The meetings are open to everyone and McDowell invites residents to come and share their thoughts, ideas and concerns about jobs, the economy, and Michigan as a whole. Towns in the Upper Peninsula that will hold meetings include, Saturday gatherings will be held in Curtis and Eckerman. In Curtis, the meeting will begin at 3pm at Three Lakes Academy and in Eckerman at 10am at the Maple Ridge Restaurant. On Monday a meeting will be held in Rudyard Township at the Township Hall at 2pm and another meeting will take place in Sault St.Marie at 6:30pm at the Chippewa County Court House. The last meeting will take place on Thursday at 6pm in St.Ignace, at the Mackinac County Court House.
