Efficiency United launches utilities assistance program

UNDATED – Efficiency United has launched its efficiency program for the
11 Michigan utilities that opted to use the State Energy Optimization Plan. Administering the plan, as designated by the Michigan Public Service Commission, is the Michigan Community Action Agency Association. Partners to the association include Clear-Result Consulting Great Lakes, Morgan Marketing Partners, Michigan Energy Options, Warm Training center, JACO Environmental, Franklin Energy, Inskeep Design Partners, and Maiorana and Partners. The MCAAA, in conjunction with the partners, has developed the planning, design and are collectively responsible for the implementation of the program.
Utilities in the U.P. offering Efficiency United assistance are Edison Sault Electric Company, U.P.P.C.O., WE Energies, Wisconsin Public Service Corp., and Semco Energy Gas Company.
