Interview: Dr. Erin Colwitz, director of the Marquette Choral Society, "Angelic Voices"

St. Peter Cathedral / Marquette Choral Society

The Marquette Choral Society presents their annual Christmas masterworks concert, featuring Ottorino Respighi’s Lauda per la Nativita del Signore and Marc-Antoine Charpentier’s Messe de Minuit pour Noël. The Choral Society is joined by members of the Marquette Symphony Orchestra.

Dr. Erin Colwitz, director of choirs at Northern Michigan University (including the Marquette Choral Society), discussed the event with Nicole Walton:

Marquette Choral Society present Angelic Voices Saturday, Dec. 7 at 7:30pm and Sunday, Dec. 8 at 3pm.  Both performances take place in the St. Peter Cathedral, and donations are welcome.

Public Radio 90 will record the event for broadcast on December 20th, 2019.

Kurt lives in Marquette with his family and can’t imagine living anywhere else. He loves music, games, running, being near water, and a fine cold brew coffee.
