The City of Marquette is working to create a Climate Action Plan (CAP) for the community, as outlined in the Community Master Plan and Strategic Plan. A CAP is a plan that outlines policies, actions, and programs for reducing municipality or community greenhouse gas emissions and adapting to the impacts of climate change.
