The Escanaba Public Library, in cooperation with the Bay de Noc Unitarian Fellowship and 906 Tech Express, will offer a free Technology Made Simple for Seniors class on Tuesday, August 11, from 2 pm - 3 pm.

This introductory presentation is designed for anyone who would like to build confidence using technology. The session will provide an overview of basic computer concepts and common technology terms. Topics will include mouse and keyboard basics; connecting devices such as printers, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth; navigating computer programs; finding files and photos; understanding the difference between software and hardware; an introduction to artificial intelligence (AI); internet safety and scams; and simple troubleshooting tips.

This is an informational presentation rather than a hands-on workshop, and no computer or device is required.
