The CDC has recommended a Spring dose of COVID- 19 vaccine for those individuals 65 and older. The Marquette County Health Department offers vaccine appointments Tuesdays and Fridays from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. Please call to schedule an appointment and to check eligibility.

The Marquette Elks Club is holding a fundraising dinner Tuesday evenings from 5:30 to 6:30 eastern at the Elks Lodge located at the corner of Bluff and Front Street in Marquette. The public is invited to attend.
The homemade meal includes salad, entree, and dessert.
Dinner proceeds are used for activities and services that support children and veterans in our community.

The Superior Watershed Partnership (SWP) and the Great Lakes Climate Corps (GLCC) are pleased to announce a new household electronic waste recycling collection site in Marquette that is open to the public every Wednesday from 12 PM - 4 PM, beginning April 2nd.
The public is encouraged to bring household electronic waste, including but not limited to: televisions, phones, computers, printers, etc. to SWP's Climate Office to be recycled. The SWP drop-off site is located in the Lakeshore Park complex across from McCarty’s Cove at 519 N. Lakeshore Boulevard. Suggested donation: $5 per drop-off.
