Fuller waives preliminary hearing

IRON MOUNTAIN, MI-- A Marquette County man arrested for stealing a vehicle in Dickinson County has been bound over to Circuit Court.

Dakota Fuller, 20, of Felch waived his preliminary hearing on a charge of unlawfully driving away an automobile - 4^th offense Tuesday. His arraignment in Circuit Court is set for January 7.

Fuller and Matthew Fuller, 20, of Marinette County, Wisconsin also face a stolen vehicle charge in Wisconsin. Police say they’re also suspects in the armed robbery of Fran’s Service Station in Palmer last month.
