Fuller waives preliminary hearing

IRON MOUNTAIN, MI--   A Marquette County man arrested for stealing a vehicle in Dickinson County has been bound over to Circuit Court.  

Dakota Fuller, 20, of Felch waived his preliminary hearing on a charge of unlawfully driving away an automobile - 4th offense Tuesday.  His arraignment in Circuit Court is set for January 7.

Fuller and Matthew Fuller, 20, of Marinette County, Wisconsin also face a stolen vehicle charge in Wisconsin.  Police say they’re also suspects in the armed robbery of Fran’s Service Station in Palmer last month. 

Nicole was born near Detroit but has lived in the U.P. most of her life. She graduated from Marquette Senior High School and attended Michigan State and Northern Michigan Universities, graduating from NMU in 1993 with a degree in English.
