NEWBERRY, MI-- A Newberry woman arrested on various drug-related charges has entered a plea deal.
Joy Derusha, 37, was arrested in January and charged with maintaining a drug house and delivering a counterfeit substance believed to be morphine within a thousand feet of a school.
She pleaded guilty this week to two counts of delivery of a controlled substance—less than 50-grams.
Sentencing is set for June 2.
