IRON MOUNTAIN, MI-- An Iron Mountain man arrested on cocaine and heroin charges in July has pleaded in the case.
Brian Dale, 38, was charged with delivery of heroin, delivery of crack cocaine, and possession with intent to deliver crack cocaine. He pleaded Tuesday to possession of cocaine under 25 grams and possession of heroin under 25 grams as a habitual offender, third offense.
Dale and his codefendant, Allen Lucas, 32, were arrested by the Upper Peninsula Substance Enforcement Team July 30.
Dale’s sentencing is set for September 21.
