HOUGHTON, MI-- A Houghton motorcyclist who led police on a 60-mile high-speed chase has been bound over to circuit court.
Rudolph Voght, 31, is charged with third-degree fleeing a police officer, punishable by up to five years in prison. He’s also charged with driving on a suspended license.
Voght is accused of fleeing the scene when troopers from the Calumet Post tried to stop him May 11th. He led police around the Copper Country before surrendering on M-38 just outside of Ontonagon.
Arraignment is set for June 15th in Houghton County Circuit Court.
