IRON MOUNTAIN, MI-- An Iron Mountain man who pleaded to criminal sexual conduct has been sentenced in Dickinson County.
Michael Holmes, 28, was accused of harboring a Wisconsin juvenile in April. He pleaded guilty in October to communicating with another over the internet to commit a crime, third-degree criminal sexual conduct, and possession of child sexually abusive material.
The victim in the case was 13 years old at the time of the incident.
Holmes was sentenced this week to 7 to 20 years in prison.
