Prisk pleaded guilty to fourth-degree fleeing a police officer. As part of a plea deal, charges of operating a motor vehicle without security, operating with a suspended, revoked or denied license, reckless driving, and three other counts of fourth-degree fleeing a police officer were dismissed.
