Man arrested for unlawful use of credit cards

Marquette, MI - An Escanaba man has been arrested for unlawfully using his employer’s business credit cards.

Marquette police Thursday arrested 28-year old Timothy Allen Bray on a felony charge of ‘financial transaction device – stealing/retaining without consent.’

After Bray’s employer had reported to police financial losses his business had incurred, an investigation revealed numerous purchases had been made on the business credit card accounts that were not authorized by the store. Delta County Law Enforcement apprehended Bray during a traffic stop on his vehicle when a record check showed Bray had a warrant out for his arrest. He was lodged in the Marquette County jail on 10-percent of $10,000 bond.
