UPSET bust in Menominee

MENOMINEE, MI--   Four Menominee men have been arrested on various drug charges by the Upper Peninsula Substance Enforcement Team.   

On Thursday UPSET detectives and officers from the Menominee and Marinette Police Departments arrested the suspects in connection with investigations led by UPSET.

Police say a 20-year-old male is charged with delivery of an illegal imitation substance (heroin); a 29-year-old man was charged with three counts of delivery of prescription narcotic (Subutex); a 21-year-old male is charged with delivery of a prescription narcotic (Suboxone); and a 37-year-old man was charged with three counts of delivery of a prescription narcotic (Oxycodone and Clonazepam). 

All four suspects remain lodged in the Menominee County Jail.  

Nicole was born near Detroit but has lived in the U.P. most of her life. She graduated from Marquette Senior High School and attended Michigan State and Northern Michigan Universities, graduating from NMU in 1993 with a degree in English.
