UPDATE: The suspect has been identified as Gerry Thibert, 53. A probable cause hearing is set for April 11.

CASPIAN, MI-- An investigation by the United States Postal Inspection Service and UPSET detectives has led to the arrest of an Iron County man on a drug charge.
The 53-year-old Caspian resident is charged with possession with intent to deliver marijuana, after more than five pounds of processed pot was seized during a traffic stop.
The USPIS and UPSET were assisted by the Michigan State Police Hometown Security Team, Caspian/Gaastra City Police K-9, and troopers from the Iron Mountain Post.
The case remains under investigation.
