MARQUETTE, MI-- Another electronics recycling event is being held in the U.P. this week.
Goodwill and Comprenew, with the Superior Watershed Partnership and the Department of Environmental Quality, are hosting it Saturday at the Marquette Public Works building.
A partial list of items that will be accepted include cell phones, computer monitors, copy machines, cordless phones, fax machines, laptop computers, keyboards and mice, microwave ovens, printers, scanners, stereo equipment, televisions, and VCR and DVD players. The event runs from 10 am to 4 pm.
This is the second of several collections that will occur throughout the summer. More details will be forthcoming on those events.
