IRON COUNTY, WI— Crews continue to work around the clock to remove vapors from a section of Line 5 pipeline hit by a flatbed truck last Tuesday in Iron County, Wisconsin.

The Iron County Sheriff says specialized equipment is being moved into place to facilitate the work.

Power was cut off to 55 customers in the Saxon area in order to eliminate ignition sources. It was restored late Friday to nearly all homeowners.

The half-mile evacuation zone around the incident remains in place, as does the “no-fly” zone over the site.

Around 150 people are supporting the response, including Enbridge personnel and first responders.
