MARQUETTE, MI— Marquette officials have added another workshop to get residents’ ideas on potentially redeveloping five sites in the city.
They include the Marquette Mall, the area around Tadych’s Marketplace, the Washington Street Corridor from US-41 to 3rd Street, the west side of Lakeshore Boulevard from East Ridge Street to East Fair Avenue, and the South Marquette Commercial Area.
The first Master Plan workshop will be held Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lakeview Arena. Due to positive resident response, another workshop will be held Thursday from 10 a.m. to noon, also at Lakeview.
