Northern Michigan University is preparing to welcome future Wildcats to campus for Wildcat Weekend on Saturday, March 22nd.
Visitors to NMU can explore Marquette, tour the campus, and experience residence hall life. Academic interests, student life, and admissions information will be presented by faculty, staff, and students.
Kurt Hauswirth spoke with Jon Teichman from NMU's Admissions office, who shared all the details about Wildcat Weekend:

Saturday, March 22
- Check-In (Northern Center, Main Entrance/Lobby): 8:00 am - 8:30 am
- Welcome Session/Student Panel: 8:30 am - 9:40 am
- Academic Showcase Sessions: 10:00 am - 11:30 am
- Information Fair, Admissions Presentations, Residence Hall Tours, Campus Tours, and Student Organization Fair: 11:00 am - 2:00 pm (Walking tours leave every 15 minutes on Saturday)
- Lunch at Northern Lights Dining: 11:00 am - 4:00 pm
Friday, March 21 - Optional Activities
- Early Check-In (Northern Center, Main Entrance/Lobby): 2:00 - 7:00 p.m. (tentative)
- Forensic Anthropology Research Lab Open House: 12:00 - 5:00 p.m.
- Forensic Science Research Presentation: 3:00 p.m.
- Walking Campus Tours (1 hour): 2:30 and 3:30 p.m.
- Rec Sports Center Tour (1 hour): 3:30 p.m.
- Forest Roberts Theater Tour (1 hour): 5:00 p.m.
