UPDATE: As of 3 p.m. M-28 between Munising and Marquette is reopened to traffic.

M-28 between Marquette and Munising is closed to to whiteout conditions from wind and blowing snow.
M-94 is still open as an alternate route at this time.
State Police and County Road Commissions will continue to monitor conditions and will update the public when the road reopens.
