GLADSTONE, MI-- State Representative Beau LaFave is urging residents to attend three consumer protection events scheduled in Gladstone.
The programs were developed by the state Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division. They’re designed to help protect residents and provide up-to-date information about possible scams.
The seminar series will be held at the Gladstone Public Library. The first presentation—about investment fraud—takes place Tuesday, July 31. The second program—on home repair and improvement—will be held Tuesday, August 14. The third presentation—about in-home care and senior residences—is scheduled for Tuesday, August 28. Each program starts at 10:30 a.m.
